Our little farm is situated in the valley Neubachtal 1,5 km away from the center of Lungötz in the middle of Salzburg.

This guarantees a quiet place for living and short distances to all our attractions in the Land Salzburg - Skiing areas Dachstein-West and Ski Amadé can be reached within several minutes by car, in summer you can start hiking directly at our house or lie in the garden and relax. Also the famous City of Salzburg or the treasures of the Salzkammergut are  not far away.

Children can have a great time in our house, we have a playground with a big trampoline, pedal-tractors, bikes and a lot of space where they can move. In winter kids can build snow castles and bobsleightruns, have a snowball fight or go cross-country skiing with mum and dad next to our house - even in the evening when the track is lighted.

Our family has been letting rooms for three generations now - so would be a pleasure to warmly welcome you in our house as well and enable you a great holiday experience!
